When to go to Sumbawa Island
Best for the beach from June to September.
The sea is warmest in December (29 °C) and coolest in August (27 °C). You can swim comfortably all year (21 °C or more).

Sumbawa Island is an island in Indonesia. It belongs to Lesser Sunda Islands. It covers 14,386 km², with 1,116 km of coastline. Its highest point, Tambora, rises to 2,850 m. About 1,330,000 people live on it. The nearest mainland is 899 km away.
